Abstract Submission Guidelines

Each registrant may submit abstract(s) of his/her/their work for presentation during the Human Genome Meeting 2025. It is expected that the abstracts will include original data not previously published in a peer-review journal or the proceedings of a national meeting.  Abstracts will only be considered if the presenting author has registered and paid their registration fees.

Only those abstracts that have been reviewed and selected by the Abstract Review Committee may be presented. Abstract submissions will only be accepted electronically through the abstract submission portal; paper abstracts will not be accepted.  All abstracts pertinent to the meeting theme and topics will be accepted for a poster presentation at a minimum.

Presenters will be able to register at the early registration fee for a limited time of 5 days once their acceptance notice is received.
